The reef fish were awesome, best snorkeling we experienced in DR. Highly recommend! Plus walking on the sandbar was very memorable. Overall a perfect day.
From start to the finish we had a great experience. The bus trip was exceptional, the guide as well. The 12 km speed boat ride was impressive.
The bus ride from Puerto Plata was a bit bumpy for some passengers, but the scenery through the agricultural land and small towns was a sight worth seeing. At the island, our tour guide lead us around the whole reef. Our group of 8 all enjoyed the day. Buying the photos and video was well worth the money. This is a trip everyone should do, bring your own mask and snorkel for a longer experience.
